  I had trouble ordering through the app due to spelling of my address I had to abbreviate the route number of my location with rt instead of spelling route. I called the store to confirm if they could deliver to me and the manager had stated it’s her first day and doesn’t know her delivery radius and she was unwilling to confirm if I had a deliverable address. No one was there to help her. I had to call corporate who then confirmed that they could deliver to me and to this address. I was very surprised at the lack of knowledge this new manager had. Most people work for they company they get promoted in before they move up so her lack of willingness to help me was surprising. If it was my store I would’ve atleast asked the customer for the address to check myself before saying I can’t help you. I’m a regular customer and order atleast twice a month from different locations depending on where I am at that week so I’m pretty familiar with their processes and service.
